How to use our Chop-Master Knife Sharpener
1) Select you knife type slot - Asian Blade (Japanese style) or Standard Blade (European style)
2) Select Course or Fine sharpening slot
3) Put blade into slot
4) Pull backwards in one direction ONLY - then repeat action several times.
