Cancelling or Returning Items
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Chop-Master. If you’re not totally satisfied, do not require the items or if you need an exchange, you can return it within 30 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.
To qualify for a refund the unwanted items must be reported on our returns page within the 14 days on receipt of delivery.
For non-faulty goods returns, you will be required to pay for return postage, we recommend using a recorded delivery service for returning any Items.
Boxes must be in reasonable re-selling condition.
When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return.
Damages
Please inspect all deliveries within a 24-hour time period. If damage has occurred whilst being transported, we will require you to fill out the form on our returns page and attach a picture of the damage incurred.
Faulty Goods
As per our company policy, all faulty items must be reported, in writing, on our returns page along with pictures showing the fault.
Missing Items
When you receive your items check the proof of delivery to confirm that all items that have been shipped have been received.
If items are missing, then as per our company policy the missing items must be reported in writing on our returns page within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we have investigated the missing item we will be in contact with you.
Packaging
Please note that all goods are the customers responsibility until they are returned to Chop-Master. Despite their condition, all items must be returned with suitable packaging to ensure that further damage is not incurred.
Cancelled items must be returned in a 100% condition, have intact packaging with no visible damages to the original packaging or defacing by pens and or tape.
Please ensure packaging is not defaced as this will affect refunding of the product.
Refunds
Our refunds policy is usually within 14 days. You will be informed via email once we have processed the refund via your original payment method.
